How to go to HEAVEN

Before we talk about heaven, we have to talk about YOU, US, MANKIND!

Unfortunately, we all have issues, problems; we all struggle. Look at the mess in the world! The reason we have problems in this life is SIN. If sin didn't exist, problems wouldn't exist. We ALL deal with this. Scripture says, "For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:10) That actually means everyone has broken God's righteous law (That is what sin is: breaking God's standard of righteousness).

If you've ever lied, or taken/borrowed something that wasn't yours and didn't give it back, or hated someone, or used God's name in vain, or put other things before God, YOU have broken God's law, which Scripture says is SIN.

But, It wasn't always like this.

In the beginning, God created man without sin. However, man chose to disregard, and disobey God's word, so sin entered into the bloodstream of mankind from that point forward. Furthermore, DEATH entered WITH SIN. So, we all have to deal with DEATH because of SIN. Scripture says, "The wages of sin is death." (Romans 6:23)

But it gets worse, Scripture also says that there is an eternal lake of fire, "which is the second death," (Revelation 20:11-15) that ALL SINNERS will be cast in at the final judgment!!! 

But, you came HERE to find out about HEAVEN being your eternal home!

For someone to go to HEAVEN, where God is, they must be PERFECT, RIGHTEOUS, SINLESS, because God is PERFECT, RIGHTEOUS, AND SINLESS. 

SO, WHO CAN GO TO HEAVEN WHEN EVERYONE IS A SINNER?

ANYONE!

"How?" You ask.

First, you must realize and admit you are a sinner.

Second, you MUST KNOW GOD LOVES YOU AND DIED IN YOUR PLACE.
**HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH He sent Jesus, God the Son, to die for YOUR SINS, ALL OF OUR SINS! He died on the cross 2,000 years ago to die the death WE ALL DESERVE. You must know He loves you and believe He died for you, for your sins. Listen to how scripture puts it: "God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have ETERNAL LIFE!" 

WHAT GOOD NEWS!!!

(And it gets better!)

Third, you MUST KNOW HE DIDN'T STAY DEAD! He ROSE from the dead!
**Because He was God in the flesh, paying for our sins, there's NO WAY DEATH COULD HAVE THE FINAL SAY! He ROSE ON THE THIRD DAY HE WAS IN THE GRAVE and because He did, HE ALONE can offer LIFE/ETERNAL LIFE to all who would BELIEVE!

Jesus made it clear when he was on the earth...that HE WAS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN. 

In John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the LIFE, NO MAN cometh to the FATHER BUT BY ME."

LAST, you must accept Jesus as your Savior and confess Him (and make Him) the LORD over your life. 
**Scripture says in Romans 10:9-10 "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." 

Then a couple of verses later in Romans 10:13 it says "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

You can do this now! And if you are 100% sincere in your sorrow for your sin and 100% sincere in your trust in JESUS ALONE...HEAVEN can be your ETERNAL HOME!
